CAN I RETURN MY SCARF AND GET A REFUND?

We are positive that you wouldn't want to return it once you've started an affair with your scarf. In the unlikely case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it back (counting from the day we shipped it you). 

  • All returns must be made with original invoice and price tags attached
  • Products must be unworn in new-like condition with all tags intact
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

We will then provide you with our return address, where the returned item will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your package with a tracking number as My Scarf Affair will not be held responsible for lost returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SCARF?
Sure, but we cannot guarantee that we will have a different colour or size in stock as these are all limited edition scarves. Instead, we will issue you store credit upon receiving the scarf. You can then use this to order the scarf of your choice.
